Returns policy

At Allergy Kids, we truly hope that our product can be of help to you and your family and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days*. 

 Please read our returns policy below: 

• 30 Day Return - Please contact us about the return within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of your delivery at ContactUs@allergykids.co.uk. You have another 14 (fourteen) days to return the product. 
• If the return is due to our error (for example, we sent you the wrong product), we accept responsibility for any delivery costs relating to the return. Please contact us to arrange a return. 
• If the return is not due to an error on our part (for example you order and then decide you don’t want it), as the buyer, you accept full responsibility for all shipping costs. 
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct. Therefore, any packages returned ‘Undeliverable’, or otherwise, are subject to a 20% fee to re-coup our costs.
